As a band leader, if I input the wrong project and build out the event, I want to be able to shift the event over to a different project to fix the error. Currently, I have to recreate the event under a different project name.

As a Band Leader, when I see a discrepancy in projected and actual income/expense, I want to be able to quickly find where that discrepancy exists. I.e.: click on the projected value and it shows me all unpaid items. This would help immensely with reconciliation and save loads of time. Currently, I have to go through gig by gig checking for paid items manually, which is made more tedious by the back button/re-filter-and-sort dance.

Mapping and routing options. - IDEALLY if I said I’m playing Pensacola, show me surrounding clubs in 5-6 hour radius - Or I put in destination and show me things along that route - Or I can put in states and it tells me good venues to target Thinks tour mapping will take off so quickly if we build it.

I wish I could save the venue event contacts for those repeat gigs. Similar to how I can save project members. - ML

I'd like to enter more than one contact for the club (Day of Show, Sound Engineer, Media Outlets in the area) - Could you load based on the area the press contacts? Could you share this between users?

I wish finance area in events could better represent percentage based door deals instead of guarantee since that's what I experience at shows

via SMS: Jeremy: When I get invited to play a show, it adds it to my calendar which is friggin awesome… But on the calendar entry it says what time the show starts, not what time I need to be there (load-in time)… 🤔 Bradley Smith: Hey! Yeah, that’s a good one. Would you rather have one long event from load in to load out, or separate events for load in, sound check, show and load out? Jeremy: I reckon it should all be one event from load in to load out. Sound check, show time, etc should still be in the notes. I was thinkin about it cuz I use Waze and sync it to my calendar. Waze is what usually what tells me when it’s time to leave but I think they all have that option.
