When I add an event and save it, my options are to edit and duplicate. What I'd really like to do is have a way to add another new event without having to click back to the main screen and then click create. “Save and add another type option” I book a full tour then add all the events at once

Hello, I have been duplicating some events. A couple errors I've run into. Business contact emails not saving after initial duplication of event. Also, if I duplicated an event but change the project that is heading the event, the event won't save and I get a few errors. Again, y'all are the best <3 Edit: actually it is just the email not saving even when creating an event from scratch. I'm having to reopen the event to edit in the business contact's email address to save it.

​On Events, I've been thinking I wish there was a hidden notes area, where I see it, but the band doesn't. This could be anything from reminders about a venue, who's carpooling, what time so and so needs to be picked up from the airport, good venue, never play this venue again, etc. This is kind of band leader/road manager kind of stuff. Remember I've got 4 girlfriends and too much information makes their head explode. If these extra notes can't be added, that means I have to add them to my personal calendar and having two different places with info gets more time consuming and confusing. I'm saying I'm bound to forgetting a detail.

Not all my band members use email as much. I'd love the option to notify them of events via text.

For events and really everything else as well, I’d like a way to show all events, instead of their being pages and pages. If you could make something like some websites have where you can see 25, 50, 100 or all pages.

I also would like the option to who I send the emails (and hopefully texts messages at some point). Let’s say I’ve got my 4 guys that accepted. My guitarist has to back out for something reason. Now I need to find another guitarist and when I do send this info to them. I don’t want to send to everyone in this case or if I just make a small adjustment to details, maybe just something I need to know a reminder for myself. Having a band is like having 4 girlfriends and you’ve got to ask them all out on a Friday night at 8pm and they all have to agree or it won’t happen. Can you imagine constantly sending your 4 girlfriends an update every time something is changed? It’s going to be hard enough to get my band to look at an email, accept it and add it to their calendar.

Would like a “cancelled” indicator for an event, leaving it visible in the event upcoming and past lists. Such as a banner, or a big “X” across the green date box, or another visible field in the right side info on the events page. It’s nice to keep the info available as Event history and not just rely on deleting it from calendars.

Another thing... I just emailed an event to myself to see how the info would show up. Remember I'm dealing with 4 girlfriends and need to make everything as easy as possible for them. On the General Notes area I wrote some things out and spaced it out for easy reading, but after you save it and how it was emailed looks like the below. My girlfriends won't even try to read the below. Notes: 1 Lunch per day in VIP Area. Snacks & Drinks in Green Room.
